stay calm and kiss white dressLet’s face it~no one likes to lose but if you do there is proper protocol to accept defeat with grace and class, no matter how painful it may be.  Equally important, when you win, there is proper protocol to win with grace and class, often times avoiding humiliating the loser.

Here are 7 Simple & Savvy ways to win or lose with GRACE.

Graceful Winners

  • Tell the loser thanks for a good game ( after all-you were able to use your talents and enjoy the company of others).

  • Are Excited about the win but they don’t brag and boast

  • Avoid overconfidence and over exaggerate about their skills that won the game
